One of the hardest things about toddlerhood is learning to share. Especially when you have amazing older sisters who spoil you rotten and let you have all of their Valentine’s Day candy without a fuss. But learning to share and be generous is one of those golden life lessons that we really want to instill in our children. So when Baby O comes around to visit, you bet we are going practice sharing! It usually starts out to be pretty tough on both of them, but eventually they figure out that taking turns can give everyone a chance to play with the coveted moo moo cow. My favorite magic sharing words are, “ask him if you can have it when he is done!” And more often than not it does the trick!
